Sampietrine Wonders: During the approximately 30-minute drive from Patti to San Piero, you will be able to admire the enchanting views while your local animator explains the history of this beautiful and mythical village. Once in San Piero, our animators will facilitate a visit to the historic Carmelite Calzati Convent, the church of Santa Maria, the Arab quarter, the Tocco Fountain and the Santo Vito Fountain.
At the end of the visit, you will have some free time to shop for typical products, taste the exquisite granitas (slushies) at our local aperitifs, and venture into the many narrow streets, from the Arab quarter to the castle, or for a stroll around the weekly market.
13:00 - Return to the bus for transfer to the farmhouse
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Experiential lunch and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings.
from 15:00 to 16:30 - Tutorial by an agronomist expert in the characteristics of typical local products.
16:30 - Return to the bus and return.
On the way back, there will be a stop to visit the handicraft workshop of Mr Filippo Martino. The exhibition includes a mill with a stone millstone made entirely by Master Filippo Martino.
Possibility of purchasing flour from typical Sicilian grains.
