Thursday 20: Meeting at Seville airport and transfer to the 4* Catalonia Santa Justa hotel. Free time. Accommodation in the reserved rooms and overnight stay.
Friday 21: Breakfast at the hotel. 3-hour training session at ATLAS Gym Sevilla. Free time. Overnight stay.
Saturday 22: Breakfast at the hotel. 3-hour training session at ATLAS Gym Sevilla. Free time. Overnight stay.
Sunday 23rd: Breakfast at the hotel. 3-hour training session at ATLAS Gym Sevilla. In the afternoon, transfer to Seville airport for return to the hotel.
